Most companies already have marketing today: a marketing department, SMM, designers, digital contractors, ad accounts, content plans, PR activity and dozens of ongoing tasks that need attention every day.

But at a certain point a business grows beyond what marketing operations alone can support.

The CEO needs to understand where the brand should go next. The marketing director needs to validate decisions with data, find a new audience, revisit positioning or prepare for a new market. The team may need to deliver a project without the necessary specialists or capacity in-house.

We launched Jet for exactly these situations: a marketing company and consulting office that integrates with a business and strengthens it where support is needed right now.

Marketing that starts with the business

For us, marketing consulting begins well before an advertising campaign, SMM or content production.

We first look at the business itself: its goals, product, customers, market, competitive environment, financial model, internal processes and team capacity. Only then do we determine which marketing, PR, SMM, communications or research work can materially affect the result.

That is why Jet works with CEOs, owners, marketing directors and in-house marketing teams at the same time.

One company needs market research before a major decision. Another needs a marketing strategy for the next year. A third needs a PR strategy that can turn a known company into a strong public brand. Others need to rebuild SMM, content, digital marketing or the entire promotion model.

We assemble the right team configuration around that specific task.

Why a strong marketing department still needs outside consulting

Having an in-house marketing team does not remove the need for outside expertise.

In mature companies, the marketing department is often fully occupied with promotions, campaigns, SMM, communications, content, contractors, sales support and the current month’s plan.

External marketing consulting allows strategic projects to move outside the daily operating queue.

For example:

  • research the market and its customers;
  • measure brand awareness and brand health;
  • conduct competitive analysis;
  • revisit segmentation and positioning;
  • develop a marketing strategy;
  • build a PR strategy and reputation communication system;
  • prepare entry into a new region or market;
  • rebuild SMM and content marketing;
  • define a marketing performance measurement system;
  • add the required specialists for a defined period.

For the CEO, this adds another professional view of the business. For the marketing director, it adds a team that can deliver a large project faster. For the company, it provides access to experts without keeping every specialism permanently in-house.

From market research to PR and SMM

We deliberately did not build Jet as a single-service agency.

Business decisions are too interconnected.

Research may show that the problem is not advertising reach but positioning. Brand analysis may reveal that people know the company but cannot distinguish it from competitors. A PR audit may show that the business is far stronger internally than it appears in the public information space.

Jet therefore combines marketing consulting, market research, marketing strategy, PR, SMM, content, design and digital marketing.

We can enter a company with one defined task or build the full marketing system, from research and strategy through implementation and performance control.

A team built around the business task

Another Jet principle is that we do not sell the same team composition to every company.

One project may rely on analysts and researchers. Another needs a strategist, PR specialist and content team. A third needs SMM, digital marketing, design and performance promotion.

For each business, we assemble a dedicated team of in-house specialists and trusted external experts.

This lets us work with local companies strengthening their position and with businesses scaling, building a national brand or preparing to enter new markets.

Why Jet

For us, the name Jet is not simply an image of speed.

Every company moves through different stages of flight: steady movement, gaining altitude or a point where the route must change.

Marketing needs to play a different role at each stage.

Sometimes systematic brand presence is enough. Sometimes the business needs active growth, PR, stronger SMM and scaled communications. At other times it needs research, a new marketing strategy and preparation for a new market.

That is why we created three levels of collaboration — Cruise, Climb and Expansion — to match the depth of involvement to the company’s task.

Jet gives a company strategic, research and communication expertise exactly when the business needs it.
